DIY @ Home Facial
Many things we “need” we actually already have!
If we take a closer look.. we can utilize what we already have, to fill up with what we need. For an awesome DIY @ Home Facial consider utilizing these four steps and get creative with what is within reach and think versatility!
Tools:
Begin with freshly washed skin, hair pulled back, towel/s, large pot/pan for hot water, a large spoon for wafting steam and good music!
Do you happen to have any around your house? Aloe Plant, Coffee Grounds, Herbs, Flowers, Tea, Baking Soda, High Grade Oil (olive oil, coconut, sesame, jojoba), Essential Oils, Witch Hazel, Cucumber, Salt, Banana, Honey, Egg
Open the Pores:
Glass bowl + hot water + herbs/flowers/essential oils/tea + towel +spoon = awesome steam for face (15 minutes is good, any longer and it will start drying out your face)
suggestions: rosemary, mint, basil, sage, peppermint, lavender, thyme, juniper
Cleanse the Pores:
Inner aloe leaf gel + sugar(finer work works!)
Coffee grinds + High Grade Oil
Baking soda + High Grade Oil
Close the Pores:
Inner aloe leaf gel + tea
Witch Hazel
Seal:
Inner white part of banana + honey
Cucumber
High Grade Oil
